      Layered finishes are created through a multi layer process and are 100% hand finished. YOU WILL SEE LINES, SPOTS AND WATER MARKS IN THE FINISH. We have tried to create the look of an old piece of tin brought in from the outdoors and applied to a wood top. LOTS OF VARIATION SHOULD BE EXPECTED.

      Our hand-crafted pieces are intended to be one of a kind designs and variations should be expected. We strive for these characteristics to add depth, beauty and texture to create the look of a found object. Wood items do crack and cracking is a natural aging process commonly found in European inspired objects. Cracks, especially in large pieces of wood should not be considered defects. We strive to keep wood movement to a minimum, but many times it is beyond our control.
