  All chandeliers are hardwire only and use candelabra bulbs of a selected wattage which is clearly marked on the fixture. We recommend that our fixtures only be installed by a licensed electrician. Because each fixture is handmade, your electrician may have to slightly pull on the arms and adjust the resin candle holders to bring them to a straight upright position. Wood dangles use a gesso undercoat that causes them to chip when bumped. This is part of the desired found effect we strive to create. It is not a defect. Many of our wood chandeliers are heavily distressed and you should expect lot of variation and texture. During installation, it is possible to disturb the finish because of the gesso undercoat. Metal chandeliers are each hand painted and slightly chipped in the finish process to make them look old.
